In Episode 10 of The Flying Kitchen Podcast I give you my three-part formula on how to leverage your limitation into a personal ASSET. I share my story on how, after repeated injuries, I taught myself how to lap swim when I was 21, and have now been a mile-a-day swimmer for over 20 years and through seven pregnancies. I also talk about overcoming violation, setbacks, crimes – and not only coming to acceptance over what has happened, but how to have a “Rocky” moment where your limitation has been leveraged into a great personal asset where you can in turn, enrich your own life and the lives of others. Lastly, I share the lessons I’ve learned from the 80 and 90 year-old ladies I’ve met at my local swimming pool in Kentucky.
