If you have chicken thighs, some everyday seasonings, olive oil and 43 minutes, you can make this dinner with minimal effort. Three minutes to prep, 40 minutes to roast. You can't go wrong!
6-8chicken thighs - skin onpatted dry with a paper towel
3Tbsolive oil or olive oil in a spray bottle
2tspsalt
1tsp pepper
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1tsp chili powder
parsley for garnishoptional
Instructions
Spray olive oil on a half sheet pan. Arrange chicken thighs - skin side up - on pan. Spray with olive oil.In a small bowl combine all seasonings. Sprinkle seasonings over chicken. Spray with olive oil again.Roast in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 40 minutes. Great with steamed rice and a bagged salad.
