Easy Roasted Asparagus

Quick, easy and delicious. Sometimes simple is best! It's important that you not saturate the asparagus with olive oil. If you want really crispy asparagus, use a spray bottle to administer olive oil lightly.

garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.
Make sure the asparagus is dry. Cut off the bases of the stalks. Arrange the asparagus on the pan without crowding them.
Spray asparagus with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spray with olive oil again.
Roast at 400°F for about 15 minutes. Roast longer if you want crispier asparagus. This is fabulous eaten alone or as a side dish.
