Salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder are my go-to seasonings for chicken whenever I'm in a time crunch. This is a fast and easy dish for a quick dinner, or days of meal prep. The chicken tenderloin are small and cook quickly and evenly without drying out.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, F. Pat chicken tenderloins dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with olive oil. Dust with seasonings. I combine all the seasonings in one small bowl and sprinkle with my fingers to distribute the seasonings evenly.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for about fifteen minutes. This makes a great dish for meal prep. You can serve this chicken over salad, quinoa or rice. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice for garnish.
