Simple Seasoned Roasted Potatoes

The simplest, fastest roasted potato recipe. I use this recipe all the time - not just because it's easy, but because it's delicious too.

Ingredients
5
lbs
potatoes
peeled and chopped
1/4
cup
olive oil
2-3
tsp
salt
1 1/2
tsp
pepper
1
tsp
garlic powder
2
tsp
paprika
1
Tbs
Worchestershire sauce
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
Arrange the peeled, chopped potatoes on a half sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and toss with your hands.
Sprinkle seasonings all over the potatoes. Sprinkle with Worchestershire sauce. Toss with your hands.
Roast at 400° for 45 minutes. Stir intermittently.
Serve while hot, and enjoy!
