In order to turn the turkey into Krasnov, first, cut the spine out.
Then, spatchcock the turkey - some may even call for a blood eagle.
Slather the compound butter over the turkey (be sure to pat it dry first). This will give it a nice tropical glow.
Roast at 400°F for 60-90 minutes, basting occasionally. Krasnov is cooked when the internal temperature reaches 180° F. Hopefully it will happen sooner than later.
