Green Dream Smoothie
A great, fresh, light drink when you want something bursting with color! Makes 1 serving.
So green and so sunny! If this smoothie wasn’t so delicious I’d have to highlight the nutritional benefits of drinking so much spinach!

A great, fresh, light drink when you want something bursting with color! Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 kiwi, peeled save one slice for garnish if you'd like
- 1 cup frozen pineapple reserve 3 for garnish
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice I used the juice that was in the container of the pre-cut pineapple
- 3 big handfuls of baby spinach
Instructions
- Whir smoothie ingredients in blender. Pour into a glass. Thread the reserved pineapple chunks and kiwi slice on to a bamboo skewer. Plop the skewer into the smoothie, and enjoy!
