Easy Seasoned Chicken Tenderloins
Salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder are my go-to seasonings for chicken whenever I'm in a time crunch. This is a fast and easy dish for a quick dinner, or days of meal prep. The chicken tenderloin are small and cook quickly and evenly without drying out.


You hardly need a recipe to make seasoned chicken tenderloin like this. I like to use a tenderloin when I’m short on time, as they cook quickly and evenly without any cross-slicing or pounding like you need to do to chicken breasts. I use bagged frozen tenderloin. You can put them in the oven while frozen, but if I have time I let them defrost on a pan for about an hour or so, before I pat them dry and season/oil them.

Ingredients
- 1 3 lb bag of frozen chicken tenderloin
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon juice for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, F. Pat chicken tenderloins dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with olive oil. Dust with seasonings. I combine all the seasonings in one small bowl and sprinkle with my fingers to distribute the seasonings evenly.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for about fifteen minutes. This makes a great dish for meal prep. You can serve this chicken over salad, quinoa or rice. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice for garnish.
