Simple Seasoned Roasted Potatoes

The simplest, fastest roasted potato recipe. I use this recipe all the time - not just because it's easy, but because it's delicious too.

This has been my go-to roasted potato recipe for years. These roasted potatoes come together in a snap. My family always loves these. The Worchestershire sauce adds a bit of “umami” (meaty) flavor and the other seasonings combine to make this a delicious, simple, preservative-free dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 lbs potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2-3 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbs Worchestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
  • Arrange the peeled, chopped potatoes on a half sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and toss with your hands.
  • Sprinkle seasonings all over the potatoes. Sprinkle with Worchestershire sauce. Toss with your hands.
  • Roast at 400° for 45 minutes. Stir intermittently.
  • Serve while hot, and enjoy!
