This has been my go-to roasted potato recipe for years. These roasted potatoes come together in a snap. My family always loves these. The Worchestershire sauce adds a bit of “umami” (meaty) flavor and the other seasonings combine to make this a delicious, simple, preservative-free dish.

Simple Seasoned Roasted Potatoes
The simplest, fastest roasted potato recipe. I use this recipe all the time – not just because it's easy, but because it's delicious too.
Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2-3 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbs Worchestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
- Arrange the peeled, chopped potatoes on a half sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and toss with your hands.
- Sprinkle seasonings all over the potatoes. Sprinkle with Worchestershire sauce. Toss with your hands.
- Roast at 400° for 45 minutes. Stir intermittently.
- Serve while hot, and enjoy!
