The easiest way to enjoy asparagus! I’m always happy to see fresh asparagus in the stores this time of year. This lightly-roasted asparagus is so delicious. Crispy, crunchy, with a tender flesh inside. You might just eat them right off the pan like finger food.

Easy Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Make sure the asparagus is dry. Cut off the bases of the stalks. Arrange the asparagus on the pan without crowding them.
- Spray asparagus with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spray with olive oil again.
- Roast at 400°F for about 15 minutes. Roast longer if you want crispier asparagus. This is fabulous eaten alone or as a side dish.
